Part of the Combined Arts & Crafts Society
We welcome all sewists, from beginners through advanced, to be part of the Cromwell Sewing Guild. We meet roughly fortnightly Thursday evenings to share our makes, new patterns or fabrics bought, work on our projects, drink a glass of something, and enjoy our love of sewing. You can ask any questions about sewing, understanding your guide sheet, fabric choices. Our aim is to teach and inspire sewing so that anyone can create what they want to create.
In the MEMBERS SECTION of the Sewing Guild you will find useful information about the club, as well as sewing, notions, fabrics. These are topics that were discussed at our meetings and made available to all members. This area is password coded for members only.
Cost is $70 for the year (until Sept 2023) and includes any other group you would like to be in on. Also any invitations to other group “Have-a-Go” days, or events. Within the Combined Society there are numerous groups that any member can take advantage of: patchwork, embroidery, knitting, weaving, spinning, card making.
If you are a student or youth, Junior Subs cost only $30 for the year!! Join the Sewing Guild and learn to sew!
If you are interested in joining the Guild, or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Please pay the annual sub to me, putting your name in the reference. I will forward the fee to the society.
